USGA Rules & Regulations

The Plasters Tour and any associated events, including but not limited to the Plasters Tournament, the Gentleman's Open, the Shooter Scramble, or the Hartley Open, are privately organized recreational activities created and operated solely by the founding members. The Plasters Tour is an independent entity and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way connected to the PGA Tour, the United States Golf Association, or any of their respective subsidiaries, partners, or affiliates. Any resemblance in format, structure, terminology, or presentation to professional golf organizations is purely coincidental and intended for informal, recreational inspiration only. The Plasters Tour is conducted exclusively for entertainment and personal enjoyment. Participation is limited to the founding members, and no individual or entity outside of these members is permitted to compete for or receive any form of compensation or consideration. This includes, but is not limited to, prize money, sponsorships, Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) agreements, gifts, awards of monetary value, or any other tangible or intangible benefits. No entry fees are collected for profit, no purses are awarded, and no financial gain is derived from the operation of the Plasters Tour. Any expenses incurred are shared privately among the founding members and are not reimbursed through external funding or commercial activity. All events within the Plasters Tour are informal and recreational in nature. While elements of the Rules of Golf, as published by the United States Golf Association (USGA), may be referenced or loosely followed to maintain consistency and fairness, such use does not imply official sanctioning, governance, or oversight by the USGA or any professional governing body. By participating in or referencing the Plasters Tour, all individuals acknowledge and agree that the Tour is a private, non-commercial activity designed solely for enjoyment, and that it does not represent, imitate for profit, or attempt to operate as a professional or sanctioned golf organization. Everyone involved is 21+ years of age and we do not condone or promote the use of underage drinking.
